Bryon has been the Minister to Students since October 2024. Bryon is married to Haley, and they both have a huge heart for caring for students, who they believe to be the NOW generation. Bryon’s passion has fueled his purpose to shepherd all kinds of students in a way that they might know, follow, and practice the Way of Jesus. Leading in various student ministries for churches and non-profits since 2017, Bryon carries great experience that assists growing students and parents closer to one another and the Lord. Additionally, his wisdom is also assisted by his educational background, as he has obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Religion, and Philosophy with a Concentration in Biblical and Religious Studies from Berry College in 2017 and is on track to obtain a Master of Divinity with a Certificate in Spiritual Care from Mercer University’s McAfee School of Theology in May 2025. Bryon has a shepherd’s heart and gifting that focuses on and provides pastoral care, love, and truth to students and families throughout our church, and is willing to do whatever it takes to glorify God and help grow the church. When Bryon isn’t “nerding-out” over the Bible and other theological books, he enjoys spending time with his wife, his dog (Scooby), friends, and family doing anything (especially if it involves the lake, soccer, pickleball, coffee, and so much more)!
