Paul Reeves
Minister of Pastoral Care and Contemporary Worship
(770) 424-8326 ext. 115
Paul’s personal mission statement is to help people discover pathways to healing and wholeness so they can live and serve from their new self in Christ. God has lovingly and graciously seen Paul through much healing (mind, body, and spirit), and he simply longs to walk alongside others in their healing. He is energized by holding space for others and loves to simply listen and help others discern how the Holy Spirit is guiding them.
Paul's heart is deeply devoted to pastoral care, yet his equal passion lies in leading worship. For whatever reason God has created music to be a most powerful vehicle that can access the depths within us in a way that only music can do. With over 24 years of worship leadership experience, Paul's enthusiasm for this ministry has only grown stronger with time.
Paul has served as a worship pastor at several churches, and was most recently the Music Director at Church of the Apostles. Paul has a Bachelor of General Liberal Studies and a minor in Philosophy from Armstrong Atlantic State University, as well as a Spiritual Direction certification from Richmont Graduate University.
Paul is married to Katie, and they have two children, Peyton and Thatcher.
Paul began serving on our ministerial staff in July 2024 as the Minister of Pastoral Care and Contemporary Worship. In this role, Paul will help with our Pastoral Care ministry as well as develop our Spiritual Direction ministry. He will also give direction in planning and executing a new contemporary worship gathering on our campus.
