Church in Conference
The next Church in Conference will be held Sunday, May 18th at 5:30pm in the Chapel.

Ladies Summer Book Club

Sunday Night Sunday School
Sunday Night Sunday School will meet at 4:30 PM on May 18 and 5:30 PM May 25 currently studying the book of Revelation.

Day Women on Mission
Tuesday, June 3rd, 10am - Small Groups in Fellowship Hall, 11am - General Meeting in the Parlor. 12:15 - Luncheon in Fellowship Hall. There will not be a meeting in July.

The Extension
We are in need of volunteers to cook dinner at The Extension in the fall and winter on the 4th Monday of every month. Please contact Susan Pack.

Church-wide Ice Cream Social
Come join us for a church-wide ice cream social and bake sale. Featured will be our own Singing Deacons. A prize will be awarded for the tastiest ice cream. Bring your favorite sweet treat for the bake sale. Sign up in your Sunday School classes.

Eyeglasses For Missions
MFBC will be collecting eyeglasses for our Eyeglasses For Missions
project, a part of our upcoming mission trip to India later this year. Please bring any eyeglasses you wish to donate to the Welcome Center. We currently have 1,000 pair donated and would like to meet our goal of 5,000 pair. We will be collecting the glasses through May.

CEE Summer Day Camp
CEE Summer Day Camp will run June 6 through July 25, 2008.

Passport Kids Camp
A missions-based camp for children who have completed grades 3-6. This year the camp will be at the Clyde M. York Center in Crossville, TN. Tentative dates are July 12-15, 2008.

Missions in Marietta
Volunteers needed! Missions in Marietta is fast approaching. We need a host of volunteers. Experience is not necessary. We are looking to fill many volunteer positions in these areas: Construction sites, Backyard Bible Clubs/Apartment complex ministry, food service (am/lunch/pm), and overnight adult supervision.
